1. Scope
Spokane Automation is currently operated by Jackson Klopp under the Spokane Automation business name. In this notice, “Spokane Automation,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jackson Klopp operating that business.
This notice explains how Spokane Automation handles information received through the website contact form, direct email, calls or messages to the published business number, and Calendly booking requests linked from spokaneautomation.com. It does not replace the terms or data-handling agreement for a client project.
2. Information collected
The website contact form collects your name, email address, and the message you choose to provide. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical and security signals used to distinguish people from automated abuse. These signals may include the challenge-response token, IP address, browser or user-agent information, TLS-related signals, the sitekey and associated website origin, and timing information. Direct email collects the sender information and message content you provide. Calls or messages to the published business number may provide your phone number, call or message metadata, voicemail, and any content you choose to provide. If you book a call, Calendly may collect contact and scheduling information on its website to arrange the meeting.
Do not submit passwords, access keys, customer or employee records, health information, financial account details, government identifiers, or other confidential source material. Sensitive-data requirements can be discussed during the call without sharing the underlying records.
3. Hosting and basic technical data
The website is intended to be hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process basic request and security information, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested pages, and Turnstile signals and results, to deliver, secure, and operate the site. The contact form loads Cloudflare’s Turnstile challenge script, and the website verifies the resulting token with Cloudflare before sending a message. Cloudflare Email Service is intended to deliver contact-form messages to the approved business mailbox. Spokane Automation does not add advertising trackers or client-side analytics. Spokane Automation uses operational information available through Cloudflare’s hosting, security, and email services to operate and protect the website.
4. How information is used
Spokane Automation may use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, determine whether its services may be a fit, schedule and prepare for a discovery conversation, operate and protect the inquiry process, investigate misuse or technical problems, comply with applicable law, maintain necessary business records, and establish or defend legal claims.
5. Sharing
Spokane Automation does not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by service providers that support the website, security, email, business telephone, and scheduling functions. The providers process information under their applicable agreements, privacy terms, and legal obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the website.
Contact-form messages are intended to be delivered by Cloudflare Email Service to the Gmail mailbox used by Spokane Automation. Email sent directly to jackson@spokaneautomation.com or privacy@spokaneautomation.com is delivered through Gmail, with Cloudflare Email Routing used for the domain addresses. Cloudflare also provides DNS services for the domain. The published business number uses Google Voice. Visitors who choose to book a call leave this website and provide scheduling information to Calendly. Calendly handles that information under its privacy notice.
6. Retention and deletion
Initial contact-form, email, telephone, and booking inquiry information under Spokane Automation’s control is generally deleted within 90 days after it is received. Information may be kept longer when an inquiry remains active, becomes a client engagement, or must be retained for project delivery, accounting, contracts, security, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Calendly, Cloudflare, Google, and other service providers may retain information under their own terms, backup practices, and legal obligations.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing privacy@spokaneautomation.com. Spokane Automation may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by applicable law.
7. Consumer health data
Spokane Automation does not intend to collect consumer health data through the contact form, email, or Calendly. Do not send health information. If a possible business workflow involves health-related information, discuss only the general handling requirements during the first call without identifying a person, health condition, service, or record.
Before intentionally collecting or processing consumer health data, Spokane Automation will review the proposed activity and implement any privacy notice, consent, security, contracting, and request procedures required by applicable law.
8. Security and breach response
Spokane Automation uses administrative and technical measures designed to protect inquiry information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security incident triggers legally required notifications, Spokane Automation will provide them in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and Spokane Automation does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
10. Changes and contact
This notice may be updated as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
